IV La Vie Signature Membership Drip Club – Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions before joining IV La Vie’s Signature Membership Drip Club. You agree to comply with these terms and conditions by becoming a member.
Not in connection with promotional specials
Membership Duration:
a. The minimum commitment for membership is 12 months.
b. Membership is renewed automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled by the member.
c. To cancel your membership, a written notice must be provided to IV La Vie at least 60 days before the desired cancellation date.
Payment and Billing:
a. Membership fees are payable on a monthly basis.
b. Payments will be processed through direct debit.
c. If a payment fails to go through via direct debit, a surcharge fee of $20 will be applied for reprocessing.
d. Any outstanding membership fees or surcharge fees must be paid promptly to maintain membership benefits.
Membership Benefits:
a. The membership includes the specified number of monthly drips as per the selected package.
b. Drips must be scheduled and booked in one of IV La Vie’s Affiliate Clinics.
c. Mobile drips may be available but may incur an additional call-out fee.
d. Drips will consist of IV La Vie’s signature Hydration Drip with five included vitamins.
e. Additional treatments or upgrades may be available at a discounted rate for members.
f. Members also gain access to the Affiliate Alliance Program, offering special discounts and offers.
Price Adjustments:
a. IV La Vie reserves the right to adjust the membership prices periodically.
b. Memberships are non transferable
c. Memberships are not in connection with promotional specials
Termination or Suspension:
a. IV La Vie may terminate or suspend membership without notice for any member found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in inappropriate conduct.
b. Members who wish to terminate their membership must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date.
Liability:
a. IV La Vie and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by the member during or as a result of the membership or any related services.
b. Members should consult with a healthcare professional before receiving any treatments or drips.
Privacy:
a. IV La Vie will collect and use personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
b. Personal information provided by members will be used for the purpose of managing the membership and providing relevant services.
By joining IV La Vie’s Signature Membership Drip Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above. IV La Vie reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the IV La Vie website or other communication channels.
