IV Wellness Infusions cordially invites you to indulge in an exclusive women’s retreat. Escape with us to replenish and restore your being. La Vida Ladies Retreats offer customised and scheduled getaways for like-minded woman wanting to escape for a weekend – to share, learn and grow.   

You will arrive to bubbles and nibbles whilst settling in to a relaxing and luxurious girls weekend, getting to know like-minded souls. Wake up to yoga, meditation and a delicious breakfast followed by a tranquil walk afterwards.

After morning tea we have an Essential Oils and an art class available if you would like to participate – or maybe you have scheduled a massage/facial or infusion? Good for you! It’s your weekend to treat yourself.

Saturday night we go gourmet with a sit-down catered dinner.  Sunday morning meditation after a hearty breakfast to set you on your way – revigorated and raring to be the best version of you!
